Blower motor blows weak _ Body and Interior _ Crownvic.net

The connector was fine, lookes brand new. The motor was spinning up but
not to full speed. It was like 60% of power. Jumped the motor to the
battery and it worked fine. I noticed when I would turn the switch past
high and hold it there the fan would operate as normal.So I pulled the
hvac controls and sure enough the blower switch was melted. Replaced it
now all is normal!
